About Me

I am Miroslava Dimitrova, a dedicated academic, researcher, author, and advocate for education and social change. With over 14 years of experience as a university lecturer specializing in hospitality, tourism, entrepreneurship and economics I bridge academic expertise with real-world insights to create meaningful learning experiences.

My academic contributions include authorship and co-authorship of over a fifteen books and book chapters, as well as the publication of more than 20 scholarly papers. As an expert consultant on multiple EU-funded projects, I have been involved in research and innovation in hospitality, tourism, and education. In addition, I have business experience as a financial and accounting manager

Beyond academia and business, I am deeply committed to ethical governance and community empowerment. As the President of Whistleblower Aid Support Protection (WASP) Foundation, I advocate for transparency and accountability, while my role as Chairwoman of FunEdu Foundation allows me to champion accessible and impactful education.

I balance my professional pursuits with my role as a mother of five, finding inspiration in both family life and my work. Passionate about lifelong learning, integrity, and making a difference, I strive to create meaningful change through education, research, and advocacy.
